I've never thought I was a runner and remain to be conviced this impact sport is good for you. I can see the logic of cylcing and swimming. Still at the moment I'm a complete slob so getting myself off the couch is probably better than doing nothing.

Ditch the lawn mower
Some may say this is simply because I'm bone idle but having a lawn is just a waste of space, time and energy.
To farm or not to farm...
So as an individual do you make sure you have enough land to feed yourself if there is a massive collapse or do you buy a small flat in an efficiently run city surrounded by agricultural land run by farmers who know how to feed thousands of people rather than a family of 4?
There's is a tomorrow...
... hopefully one where we stop thinking growth is a good thing.
Time to change
